It’s a dreary, dark day – a good planning day. After making my designated “must calls,” I find days like today the perfect opportunity to pull out the Strategic Plan and appraise my progress (or lack thereof). While quite confident that there will be progress, there will inevitably be tactics to fine tune and adjust.
RDC Trendicator continues to predict continued, extremely tough times for growth in our market. With that in mind, it is really important to examine all opportunities to increase revenue stream – with increased pricing not being one of the options! We continue to place high importance on maximizing our value proposition without increasing our prices. Efficient, technology-based processes is our key. Today will be a day to fully exploit our opportunities to do more…for less. That’s today’s play.
